Speaker:
Feyi Olopade Ayodele, co-founder and CEO of CancerIQ
Original Air Date:
Tuesday, May 12, 2020

Hospitals have been right to discourage patients from in-person visits because of COVID-19. But discouraging people from seeing their providers in the short term can have unintended consequences in the long term — including delayed cancer diagnoses.

To avoid late stage diagnoses and immunocompromising treatment options, now is the time to shift the models of delivering important preventative care to a virtual model. This will have immediate and cascading benefits, including better patient outcomes, fewer inequities and lower costs.

In this webinar, Feyi Olopade Ayodele will walk attendees through how to deliver virtual family history screenings and risk assessments, virtual genetic counseling, and visually or interactive patient engagement. The presentation will highlight how real-life CancerIQ clients have already done so successfully and offer examples that every cancer administrator can apply in their program, now. Here’s a sneak peek.
